Room was spacious and clean, new furniture! Very nice lobby. Parked at California parking which was right across the street. I would stay here again.

Okay for the price
Posted 14 Feb 2024 on HotelsI gave an overall 3 stars for average. It was not bad for the price, but I would have been disappointed if I paid the full price (Google Maps showed $600+ when I checked in). The couch was not comfortable and I could not get the Chromecast to work. My room was near the side of the building where there are AC units so it was noisy and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I mainly chose this place because of the fridge and microwave so having that was nice (as well as plates/cups/bowls). All the workers were very friendly but beware the concierge trying to get you to attend a time share presentation.
This is on the edge of the Tenderloin district which is unfortunately a very rough area of the city, so you will to very cautious avoid walking in that direction. Look down when you're walking too, because there will likely be poo.
If you are walking from the Bart station, be prepared to walk uphill.
