Halves

I really dont like that half toilet rolls were put in my room. I think those halves should be kept for the public toilets in the hotel and not the rooms. its really not hygienic.

Great stay, the breakfast offering in particular exceeded my expectations from a 4 star hotel. The service by the chefs was spectacular literally no ask is small or too big for them. What I didn’t understand from a value perspective is the lounge access, nothing wow at all, the food was limited, the set up not great. Infact the facilities available to everyone are much better. There really is no point to the executive lounge. The other disappointment was the slow lift services due to a failed lift which wasn’t fixed for more than 4 days. This resulted in long waiting periods for the lift which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise overall a great stay.
