Need to have more option for breakfast. there is very limited option for vegetarian guest. Need to improvise breakfast verity.

Great location Great free parking onsite or at Gateway parking Poor room cleaning service Towels need replacing-old and tired No shower cap, no sanitary bag, no shampoo and conditioner Rooms are cramped and tiny

We have undercover secure parking which is R50.00 per vehicle per day, and although our Holiday Inn Express Durban Umhlanga, is near Gateway Theatre of Shopping, it is about a 5 minute drive. Our linen is monitored and replaced timeously to ensure our guests get only the best condition linen. Per our IHG Brand, we have recently implemented Dove Bulk Amenities in all our guest bathrooms. This includes Body Wash, Shampoo as well as Hand Soap. Shower Caps are available upon request from reception. We certainly do value all feedback, and our team is readily available 24/7 to assist guests during their stay. Assuring you of our best service at all times.

Amazing,exceptional service,fresh breakfast & delicious( though sometimes there is more coffe & little to no tea. Runs out of fried eggs for the 9am breakfast while there is always plenty of boiled ones) time slot but could improve on hotel room cleanliness.
