"A few construction work going on in the resort during our stay. Repeated messages on the same questions via whatsapp, friendly though. Extreme, amount of mosquito. Hot water runs out quickly in every shower when using the rainforest shower head.

The wifi was not working and I had to move to another hotel to be able to work, but had no refund from the property, even when the service promised was not delivered (wifi)."

"It’s in the middle of the forest, still developing and in construction, feels kinda unsafe.
And the property does not provide body wash or toothpaste those basic things.
Also, I booked the wrong dates, they do not allow us to change the date, so we just wasted one night."
