"Two Palms is a modern boutique hotel located just a short walk from Hatch Market. With only eight rooms, it’s designed for travelers who value comfort and tranquility. The property features two rooms on the top floor with direct access to the pool, while I stayed in a charming two level apartment. "Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Family Nest - the villa was just as it looked in the photos and the team were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is also quite convenient, only a short drive to most of the places we wanted to visit in the area. We did have a couple of minor issues on our first day with some stained towels / bed sheets but the team dealt with this efficiently once we let them know. "It’s in the middle of the forest, still developing and in construction, feels kinda unsafe. And the property does not provide body wash or toothpaste those basic things. Also, I booked the wrong dates, they do not allow us to change the date, so we just wasted one night."

"① The in- room telephone was broken so I had to text them. But they didn’t reply or replied late. ② Our room shower was broken. So I washed my body and hair by water from water server. ③ Power outage happened in Bali when I stayed at this hotel. It’s not their fault but they didn’t prepare candles or flashlights. So I had to stay at this hotel with no power, no light, no AC, no shower and no help from the hotel."
