Nice beds, pillows & towels. Really clean. Excellent gym space. Outdoor area comfortable and useful. Rooms extremely quiet, don't hear neighbors at all.

The day desk person was excellent, an outstanding employee. She was good at her job, friendly and went way beyond the call of duty to help us out. I would come back just because of her. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was better than most.

Very friendly staff, smells good as soon as I entered the lobby!! Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is located by several restaurants.

Holiday Inn in Ukiah is clean, friendly service and a lot of amenities. BUT IF YOU HAVE ASTHSMA BEWARE! They use a fragrance "subtly" in the vent system that made it impossible for me to breathe. We checked in and I immediately noticed the smell and was hoping it was just in the lobby, unfortunately it was throughout the entire hotel. We unpacked and changed for our event returned and decided we would just drive the 4 hours back home because I could not breathe, let alone sleep with this "fragrance" all night. The smell was on our clothes and luggage when we got home at 1am the next morning and we were only there for a short amount of time. The hotel would not refund us anything nor did they advertise this use of fragrance as an amenity on their website features list, so we had no idea this was a thing. If you have sensitive lungs or allergies, BEWARE.

Breakfast was better than I was expecting. Delicious crispy bacon, sausages, eggs, potatoes, for hot food; plenty of other options too like cereals, pancakes, fruit, etc.
