"Love, love this hotel. 5 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Complementary lattes and matcha at the lobby. Breakfast selections were exceptional. The hot springs were amazing. The massage chairs were a great additions to end our day after all the walking. Complementary ice cream all day and late night ramen can’t ask for anything more. The staff were very attentive. Will come back in a heart beat. "

The lounge in the basement was a lovely touch, offering great snacks and drinks that we appreciated. Overall, we fell in love with both the hotel and Kyoto, and we can't wait to return!"
