Staff were helpful with my issues. Unfortunately the area is a bit inconvenient if you rely on JR pass since it's difficult to get to the Osaka Loop Line without metro, long transfer or lots of walking. The breakfast at this APA hotel had limited options compared to the one I stayed in Tokyo. And the map that the hotel provided for food option was in wrong direction.

I was in town for an event. Love the nearby transportation, the area was safe and walkable. Love the vending machines! Found plenty of vegan snacks.

出張で利用しました。梅田駅をはじめ、アクセスが便利でした。部屋も快適で文句なしです。朝食は目新しいものはないですが、普通に(いい意味で)満足しました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

朝食は混まない時間を選び、8時頃に行きました。まだ8時なのに、ほとんどない状態で、これならコンビニで朝ご飯買った方がよかった…。それに加え、他のお客さんがスタッフに声かけると、怒鳴るように話していました。それを聞いた周りのお客さんも、朝から気分が悪いと言っていたし、自分も気分悪く、食欲もうせました。もうここには泊まりたくない。

Tiny room, even by japanese standards; no facilities, nothing included; any ask to make the stay normal receives a ‘no, you can pay extra’; room not cleaned in whole 3 day stay; unhelpful and rude staff, aloof managers

スタッフの手際が良い。バスタブが少し小さく感じるが許容範囲。ただ、シャワーカーテンなのか若干残る臭いが気になった。また、掛け布団？の内側にカビが生えていて、その点だけが残念だった。清潔だけは優先して欲しい。コインランドリーが他のホテルと比べると高い。
