The cleaning staff dashed in in the morning claiming to be a mistake which disturb my sleep

After 7years since I stayed least time, still a good reasonable hotel.

Location is fantastic. So many dining and shopping options near by and across the street from the Keisei Skyliner to and from Narita Airport. Rooms are small as expected of most hotel rooms in Tokyo. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom could be cleaner. There were stains on the wall of the tub and the gap where the toilet cover meets the bidet was neglected and gross. Staff speak good English and are helpful. Allowing us to store our suitcases before and after check-in was a big plus. I would stay there again.

Staff were very accommodating with storing luggage after checkout and prior to us departing for the airport so that we could wander around Ueno Park which is located next to the hotel.
Also helpful in arranging luggage forwarding service.

Great location. Across street from Keisei Skyliner and easy subway hub to explore Tokyo.

Location is excellent. Walk to subway lines in minutes. Hotel room is too small for more than one person, so you have to decide if it fits your need.

Close to Keisei Ueno station - easy to get to and from Narita airport. Rooms are on the smaller size for a couple. Rooms are clean, kettle and coffee/tea available in room. Staff were helpful: hotel will store luggage after checkout.
