Disappointing service
Posted 31 Dec 2023 on HotelsExcellent view of the mountains. Otherwise this hotel is OK but not great. Christmas dinner service was substandard. Drinks very late, salad wilted. Rooms overheated. Worst: They charged us twice for the Christmas dinner and overcharged the already generous tip too. I luckily noticed all this during checkout. The entire service experience felt amateurish and dilettante.

Fantastic view of the lake and the Alps in the distance. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it
