The hotel is easy to find across from the train station. And its also easy to find if you get your self turned around. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The walk to the historical sites was not far and easy. There are shops near by if you forgot anything.

Basic, Clean Hotel Very Close to Train Station
Posted 4 Aug 2021 on HotelsThe hotel is across the street from Udine central station. Basic, but very clean and quiet with a comfy bed. Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was the typical Italian Colazione. A 10 minute walk to the main square of Udine.

Repeat visit. Location was main reason for choosing this hotel, close to train station for early train next day, but staff was friendly and the included breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Easy access from Udine station. Friendly reception. Clean room with plenty of towels and a range of toiletries. I would stay here again if I went to Udine again.

The area was a little sketchy (I am a woman in my 60s and I would not have walked outside the hotel at night), but walk a couple of blocks and it changes dramatically. Overall rundown look. On the plus side staff was great, air conditioning worked, and parking was very convenient. We were supposed to stay two nights and left after one. It is right across from the train station, which might be a plus for some.
