You can hear all the happenings outside, the soundproofing is not good...the room needs refreshing...the mattresses are uncomfortable

Solid choice for 1-night stays
Posted 5 Dec 2019 on HotelsGood location. Rooms are small, but warm. Sound insulation is bad. Looks clean, but could be renovated. Breakfast is nice. Not really place to return, but it is fine choice for business travelers.

Dear Boro, thanks for the good rating. Our hotel is meanly a business hotel chosen for it's location. Surely not top ideal if travelling for leisure.

We're a business hotel .. located just a step from a big industrial zone.. this means that we surely are a little far from the center.. let me suggest, for your next trip in Udine our Quo Vadis Hotel which is only less then 10 minutes walking from the center!
