Great staff and service. But no gym and can’t bring trainer or will charge extra even the gym has nothing. Nothing around the resort and you need taxi if u wanna go anywhere. The free shuttle bus service only works every 2 hours and might not suit ur schedule.

Excellent property, everyone is super nice, staff is very helpful. We stayed in the private honey moon villa. It was beautiful, the bugs was unimaginable, as well as the mosquitos, I didn’t want to enjoy our private pool and jacuzzi due to all the bugs that was biting me! The food was good although I didn’t have much of an appetite, I did notice that there was always a hair or something in my food, I didn’t complain but it bothered me a lot, kind of took away my appetite to eat. I suggest the cooks and servers wear hair nets. The fruit and drinks were not cold, I guess as an American I expect everything ice cold and it wasn’t. There’s a cat in the resort that was hoping the gate trying to get to the left over food we had outside. We had to leave the food outside because if we kept it inside more bugs would find it’s way inside! Also I believe Bali is an Islamic country, maybe the men rule and take care of everything but I just found it odd that all questions were asked to my fiancé and not me. Sometimes it felt like I wasn’t even there. But other than that I would recommend the resort especially if you are an outdoorsy person. I am not. Also we did not receive fresh towels everyday and I’m just under the impression that the towels and rags were not clean enough for me. Overall 4 or 3 star rating from me.

I love this property because I felt like the staff cater to my every need. They decorated my villa pool for me, which was very nice and I also did a floating breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet, but also let you order from the à la carte menu which had omelettes waffles, French toast etc. The hotel provides a taxi service for a very affordable price and they will take you wherever you need to go. The Spa was my absolute favorite part of the hotel.

Great jump off point for exploring Ubud. Very friendly staff. Convenient free shuttle every 2 hours to Ubud town.
