The front door was warped and barely shut. The doors had gaps in them letting outside air in. You have to keep the bathroom door shut because there are mesh windows in the bathroom that let hot air in. They were doing construction in the room below was loud as well. The front desk people were annoying and kept calling when I told them what I was doing. One older guy at the front desk charged me 50k for another room key. I found it and brought it back when I checked out. They said he shouldn’t have done that but wouldn’t give me money back and there wasn’t a receipt of it. The only positives about your place were the ladies from room service. They were super nice. You should make them front desk people. I don’t know how this place has a 8.8 rating.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been! Nice clean big room, large beautiful garden! Helpful and very friendly staff!! The only thing I did not understand is - my first morning breakfast was free but was charged for my second. Actually I didn’t expect free breakfast for quite low rate booking from Expedia for such good hotel! It’s more than worthy ! I strongly recommend this hotel!

This is a beautiful property in the jungle just outside Ubud. For the price you can’t be that, but there are some things that you may not like for example the Wi-Fi is not very strong there’s a lot of oxidation and wear and tear on the buildings. Like cracked doors and oxidize toilet bowls. The deck around the pool is kind of a death trap and you might even fall through the wood planks. The plus side is the location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I paid $25 a night plus tax and honestly I can’t complain too much but my key was constantly being demagnetized. The electricity in my room kept flashing on and off and they were able to fix it but I doubt it was up to code lol. There’s no elevator so if you’re on a second story someone will help you but it can be a little bit of a hassle. The restaurant is good but has a limited menu. Overall I give it like a C A for a Quetion spot but kind of a D for up keep

Stained Sheets

Staff was friendly during check in. They did an amazing job with decorating ross petals on our bed. Although our biggest issue is the stained sheets! We had to ask like 3 times for them to finally change our sheets and the “new clean pair” they gave us had even more stains! So we asked again and they seemed annoyed. You also have to ask a few times for them to clean your room. The bathroom does get extremely hot. Breakfast was basic nothing special. We stayed at Natya Hotel in Kuta which was only about $20 a night and that place was way more clean and had a way better breakfast selection even though we paid around $55 for this place. The pool was big and nice be careful of bugs and especially spiders everywhere. They also have a shuttle service but the down side is you cannot contact them once they drop you off. We were harassed by the taxi drivers around 20 of them and just wanted to go back to the hotel but no way to contact them. I would not stay here again.

Thank you for all the review and bring these detail to us.Regarding stained sheet, and cleaning for the room,we bit difficult to check those detail due you haven't give us detail for your name and period of stay.For the shuttle bus,we have informed for every guest and asked whenever they want to be picked up and even we have hotline number if you want to change for pick up time.We have all those information at lobby,the room and have been informed while you checked in. We feel sorry that you were harassed by taxi driver,however we wonder why you hadn't report to us on that time so we can help you.Even you have this email and contact us everytime. We are at middle if ricefield, where the nature which all the living thing live in harmony. We understand that you feel phobia with all those creature however they won't disturb you.We have pest control and use natural technic to keep them away from the guest.
