The staff stopped me moving hotels due to construction noise which was not mentioned by Expedia. The hotel and staff are fabulous but the construction noise was unacceptable for a 5star hotel. Especially when we were seeking peace and quiet.

Exceptional experience with incredible staff
Posted 16 Feb 2024 on HotelsOur stay at the Adiwana Bisma was fantastic. The room was spacious, cool, and was cleaned/refreshed twice a day. The most outstanding part of our stay, though, was the staff. Each person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Meals and drinks were exceptional, and we really enjoyed our spa visit as well. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or their fantastic staff.
