Beautiful hotel, friendly staff

The hotel staff was wonderful! The property and location was fantastic. I could of not been more pleased.

Very nice, disappointing that the spa was not open? Parking booking was very confusing.

Lovely hotel in the historic quarter

The hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful historic town - within a very short walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely - well appointed, spotlessly clean large bedrooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and it was great to have waiter service not the usual buffet style experience. A minor improvement would be in room tea and coffee making facilities which are generally the norm for this standard of hotel. But overall it was a great place to stay - highly recommended and Ubeda is a real delight.

The stay was ok. I would not give the hotel 5 stars. Strong 4. Customer service is not very good. Was expecting much better .

TV and wifi didn’t work properly. No hot water when we arrived.

Not what I expected - dirty carpets, old facilities, dated spa...it is not 5 star
