"The room was pretty clean, the majority of the towels seem to have yellow stains. There was a fork and paper towel holding something in the window and we were on the 7th floor with no bars on the window. One of the alarms sounded really loud in our room one of the days we were there because someone in the lobby area burnt the noodles in the microwave. Oh by the way, there was a small continental breakfast in the mornings which they didn’t inform us when we checked in. The hotel is in walking distance of the bus stops and subway stations. The hotel is located in the side of Queens where there are many oriental restaurants, bakeries and shops. "

"AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls."

"I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I was stranded after the airport closed down and I couldn’t have had better support in a tight spot. The staff were incredible, so helpful, professional and friendly. I was genuinely moved by how lovely they were. The shuttle was a smooth process, the room was fantastic and the facilities at the hotel are superb. I love this place. "

"Only stay here if you have a car and noise and light don't interfere with your sleep. The hotel is in a residential area with nothing for travellers and it is NOT accessible by public transit: from the last subway stop you would have to take a bus from one of the busiest stops. With the huge lineups and there is no way you can get on this bus with any luggage so I had to pay for an Uber. The property is very clean, well staffed, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. However, the restaurants don't offer gluten-free options and there is nowhere in walking distance to eat. The rooms are NOT well insulated, and you can hear every conversation in the hallway, all night long. (Remember that this is an airport hotel and people come and go at all hours.) My room looked into the parking lot, with lights shining all night and no way to block them as there was no blind and only a transparent curtain. I spent am uncomfortable night and was glad to leave in the morning. (The free airport shuttle was helpful.)"

"Clean, comfy beds, and quiet. Didn’t have the opportunity to dine at the restaurant, looked beautiful. The gym was great, loved the pool, steam and sauna. Well thought out, will definitely rebook when I’m ready to visit NYC again. Also wonderful hotel shuttle drivers!! "

"We LOVED our stay at the asiatic hotel! We were most interested in visiting tourist spots, but the subway was so accessible and the hotel was SPOTLESS and quiet! We looked forward to coming “home” every night to this hotel! Thank you guys for an amazing stay, we will be back! "
