The room was clean and like the pictures. Location was great only about a 3 minute walk to the subway. Amazing bagels across the street and an Irish pub next door where we usually ended our nights. Would recommend.

Stopped for 3 nights from UK first time visiting NYC! Staff were polite and helpful, facilities perfect for what we needed, lift situation was a little bit of a hindrance at times but manageable. Would 100% recommend this for location close to subways, but also good for walking into the hustle and bustle rather than been in it 24/7
