Room is old and look different to pictures. There are many mosquitoes in the cabinet. Floor wood is cracking. Bed is not comfortable.

I'm really sorry for unconvenion. Hotel have just improved floor wood. We thank you for your feedback. We hotel if have ocassion you comeback one more time you'll feel everything change better. And we'll have you one most quality. We will change the other higher room no fee!

Rude staff

Check-in was difficult. She couldn’t find our reservation and wouldn’t accept my confirmation number or email from Expedia. After waiting for an hour, she refused my request for a manager. She finally contacted them after I asked for her name and said we were going to another hotel. The sales manager found the reservation right away. The staff person continued to blame her computer and the sales manager for the trouble. So after an hour to check in with my girlfriend translating the whole time, we could care less about the room. It was okay, but nothing special. A good value hotel overall.

Dear Derick Hau, I really sorry about the late and unconvenient. I'm sales manager who she call. Maybe my staff can't fluently english so she blame wrong. I have just talk again with my staff about Expedia ( Hotels.com) by she 's new. I hope you can bypass for ours hotel and can comback if have oppurtunity. I have update deluxe room with no fee. I really sorrry next time will not the same. Thanks you so much for your feedback!
