Posted 2 Nov 2021 on HotelsWe had a strange event we kept a beautiful cap in my room and it disappeared the room then I make a complaint in reception and receptionist checked by cleaners but never appear the cap then the next day the cap apper in the restaurant. Just the hotel should caution with the cleaners and more security attention in spite the rooms.

A pesar de que es un hotel antiguo, es agradable, el personal atento y sobre todo está lejos del ruido del centro

Un lugar con muchas áreas verdes para que jueguen los niños, su alberca es grande y limpia, sus medidas de seguridad y limpieza por la pandemia fueron adecuadas.
Recomendaría al área encargada de la limpieza de las habitaciones realizar una limpieza profunda de los baños y usar aromatizantes, no olia a límpio y del área donde se cuelga la ropa estaba polvoso.
