Late check in was very easy with their check-in terminals. Room is small but functional, clean and comfy. For our dog they prepared a dog bed, two bowls, dog food and a roll of poop bags. :) We loved it!

Proactive customer service.

Be more proactive in customer service, you are more of a reactive. Invest more in your gym and maintain the equipment. Your room size is smaller than expected.

it is modern, anyway i would hope to find a fridge in the room
