Pros: Friendly, helpful staff Convenient location - easy to get to campus and to restaurants Cons: Thin walls - lots of noise from neighbors slamming doors late at night and early in the morning plus someone playing loud music on their phone as they walked down the hall No coffee maker, cups, or ice bucket in room (front desk did give me an ice bucket) Not many breakfast selections Wheel on luggage cart fell off while we were using it Carpet in room needed to be cleaned This was ok for this stay but we're unlikely to stay here again.

We apologize for the noise disturbances you experienced due to the thin walls and the inconvenience caused by the lack of certain amenities in your room. Please note that ice buckets and coffee makers are available upon request, and cups are provided in the lobby.We are currently undergoing renovations to replace all carpet in rooms with LVT flooring, which we believe will significantly enhance the cleanliness and overall guest experience. We also maintain a brand standard continental breakfast, but if guests desire a more hearty breakfast, our staff is always happy to recommend local eateries.We also apologize for the issue with the luggage cart and will ensure that it is addressed immediately. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us identify areas for improvement. The staff was great and super nice. Our room had mold all up along the bathroom wall. I did notify the front desk and was moved into a different room. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times prior and everything was good. This time there were no tissues, the shower curtain had mold, the shower was dirty with water stains, and the room was hot upon entering. If these things were fixed it would have been the perfect stay.

Staff was very nice, great location, close to stores and restaurants. Really clean, no bugs, nice breakfast in the morning! Overall, great stay and will be back!
