I recently stayed at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience. The entire place was dirty and unlivable. There was no elevator, which meant I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The room itself was in terrible condition. The floors were unswept, and there were uncovered plugs with live wires showing, posing a serious safety hazard. The stove was filthy, and the bathroom was stained and disgusting. Overall, this property was far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Due to a problem with the airline, we missed our connecting flight to Anchorage. This happened 9 hours prior to our booking, so we could not comply with the 24 hour booking policy. The hotel was not understanding of this being out of our control and refused to issue any type of refund.

The whole building smelled bad and the room was even worse. It looks as though they may be doing some upgrades because the hallway was filled with furniture. WIFI did not work.To get the TV to work, the lamp on the desk needed to be unplugged.

Half hotel burnt down, parking lot and entry dirty. Really terrible conditions. Noisy above room till late at night.

This hotel caught on fire a couple years ago and has not been fixed. The building you stay in is attached to and behind the building that caught fire. The whole hotel reeks of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking hotel. The room was dirty and also reeked of cigarettes. Drug addicts live in the parking lot and roam through it day and night.

We could not stay in the hotel and requested a FULL REFUND immediately as we walked into the rooms. The rooms were unclean, and the bathrooms had hair and residue of what looked like excrement. When we brought the owners to show them the conditions of the rooms, they shrugged and said they could issue a refund. We have not received the refund yet.

main section of the hotel was closed because of a fire that appeared to have happened a long time ago. The was in disrepair. The doors had panels that separated, walls had exposed patch work, grounds were unkept, no working elevator. The hallway carpet were dirty it was not ready for customers.

What they presented about room, etc via expedia was false. They have burned hotel room building next to our building. I have all photos what are truth about eoom, property, etc. I asked for room with kitchen. They have a broken refrigerator, no plates, etc for us to use.. so many homeless people are around this property. AC isnt working very well. Rokm has patches, holes, very dirty floor, torn and gaps flooring, and laundry isnt available because their staff is using them to waah towels/sheets.. The room truly is run down condition.
