The hotel is in an excellent location next to the river and very close to the town centre. We were made to feel very welcome by everyone we met at the hotel.

Staff are great. But they have a major issue with housekeeping. I mean big issues. They dont clean the room they just flatten your bedsheets! Towels stay unchanged. No vacuum. Laundry you have to take it down to reception! And you have to ask for it the next day. If i visit next time i will definitely not go to this hotel. Sorry.

Our housekeeping changes linen every three days and towels are only changed when placed on floor. I apologize that you were not informed that they would of course also pick-up the laundry from your room if noticed. I wish you have let us know the lack of cleaning during your visit so we would have been able to guarantee a more pleasant and comfortable stay for you.
