Not recommended for winter!
Posted 8 Nov 2017 on HotelsWe spent two nights in this hotel in early November. Rooms were spacious but very cold! Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! After waking up freezing in the middle of the first night, and having an 1-year old baby that we didn't want to get sick, we kindly asked the owner to keep the heating on throughout the second night, even if that meant less heating hours during the day. She agreed very reluctantly, as we were ready to cancel our second night's stay, but it was proven that she was lying in our face! In the second night the exact same heating timetable was followed (no heating between 23.00-07.00), causing another bad night's sleep. There was also loud music coming from a nearby club (it was Saturday night) that made things even worse. Absolutely not recommended for winter (or late autumn), and very unprofessional behaviour from the owner's side!

Sono davvero spiacente di apprendere solo ora del vostro disagio. Forse non sono riuscita a spiegarmi meglio riguardo il riscaldamento,ci riprovo ora : il regolamento comunale prevede un’accensione
degli impianti di riscaldamento per un massimo di 14 ore al giorno ( nei periodi più freddi).A ottobre le temperature esterne erano sempre intorno ai 12/15 gradi. Per accontentarvi ho lasciato acceso l’impianto
anche nelle ore notturne (nonostante superassero abbondantemente le 14 ore)ma ,quando vengono raggiunti i 20 gradi di calore all’interno dell’appartamento,i radiatori si spengono automaticamente,per riaccendersi quando le temperature si riabbassano.Nell’armadio c’erano a vostra disposizione altre coperte e piumini. Il nostro è un piccolo B&B in una casa sotto vincolo storico (i nostri pavimenti sono tutti in cotto, pietra,ceramica antica.Non c’è nemmeno un pezzetto di marmo) non possiamo certo offrire tutti i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle come aria condizionata,insonorizzazione ,doppi vetri e tappeti. In compenso offriamo disponibilità,pulizia , cortesia e l’accoglienza di una famiglia. Mi rincresce che non siate soddisfatti del vostro soggiorno presso di noi e spero che potremo avere altre occasioni per ospitarvi.

Perfect place

The apartment was clean and the breakfast very delicious.
We recommend this B&B.

Small and welcoming home from home
Posted 30 Apr 2015This is more than a B&B, it's a small apartment with a lovely host who makes sure you have everything you need from breakfast to bus tickets to an umbrella. We stayed 5 nights and felt very welcome. Thank you Nara.

Posted 28 May 2022 on HotelsMaison agréable avec un espace cour fleuri et une hôte agreable au possible : présente sans être envahissante avec toujours un petit mot sympathique !
Petit bémol sur le quartier, mais centre facilement rejoignable a pied et en voiture/transport.
