This was an exceptional stay! The staff spoke english. They assisted us with anything that we needed. I will definitely be back!

I simply loved staying at this hotel. The furniture, the design and all details took me back in time. The room and the hotel itself were very clean. Toiletries were quality as well, I loved tghe soap in the dispenser. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my car and they tried to help by looking for a mechanic nearby. The food was excellent as well. It was all together an amazing experience.

This was our second stay in this hotel,we wanted to go back not only for the amazing medieval bilding, rooms and restaurant, but also for the people who run the hotel. We would like to thank especially Aldabert kozak for his five star service at the restaurant, Nelutu, and the receptionist girl. She was always smiling,and well english speaking. The restaurant serves amazing disches, the breakfast was great, and i think if they add sweets and croissants it would be perfect.

food was horrible... me and my husband were both served cold food and mine was raw. We went back to our room and I thought I’ll take a hot shower.. nope water wouldn’t stay warm... then every time any one above us used the bathroom it sounded like a waterfall in our room... and it only gets better as the walls are paper thin and the family above us and there snot nosed brat were up ALLL night ... I got no sleep... I planned on staying 2 nights but after the 1st night I couldn’t wait to get out... i informed staff at 8am I would not be staying the night again and informed them y... when we check our at 10 they offered me a voucher for the restaurant ... as I am from USA I told them hope it will be good for 10 year as that is when I will be back again... at which point they refused to give me the voucher .... and wanted me to wait 2 h for the manager to show up..... This is a beautiful place .. but piss poor management... if ur deft with no tases buds this is the place for you ...

Great hotel in a great location ! Kitschy Dracula theme but its adorable and feels right! Great stay!
