Lovely rooms. Beds are kinda hard.
Thin walls
Will be lovely in summer

On arrival A/C was on and room smelt bad. Turned off the A/C and it was a bit better. Very poor condition especially in the bathroom. Tile’s missing around sink, dark mold on lower edge of window in bathroom. Flooring has dirt and stained areas. Yes this is the off season fall but the pictures on Expedia showed quite nice rooms. The design is awesome but would have liked a newer room. Only one night stay so managed but for the price should have had a newer remodeled room.

The property is great though under construction. New Zealand overall at this part is not pedestrians friendly and walking across the major roads all require one yielding to cars. Thus, we basically need to drive to a 5 min walk supermarket to get groceries. There's very limited dining options near this property.

Thank you for your review, i would like to correct one thing, i am a little confused as there are pedestrian crossings to use to get across the road and its not a major road to go across. Dining we are limited but do have plenty to offer.

Well equipped with all amenities provided but some road noise from the State Highway, well priced so happy enough

Excellent customer service, very hospitable and helpful.
Functional 3 bedroom unit, useful for families traveling with children or friends. Walkable to grocery and dining options.
