Beautiful property. Very friendly staff that helped with our planned hike on Tongariro Crossing by providing early breakfast and lunch to go. Enjoyed the lodge common area and food was excellent

Staff were amazing from the lovely welcome at reception right through staff we encountered during dinner. Thank you. One night is definitely not enough at this awesome location :-)

Priorities and guests are not one of them

Restaurant fully booked. Had to drive to get food. Not even take out was possible. The restaurant employees said they needed to focus on the reservations. The issue is not that restaurant was fully booked good for them. But not even take out to eat in the room. That was bad.
