We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of shops across the street with restaurants, grocery etc. Short walk to river trail. We got the room with small kitchen which was perfectly equipped.

We enjoyed the bar and restaurant the food and service was great We were welcomed by a lovely lady and the unit was tidy and warm You can park right outside the unit. The bathroom is for smaller people not very big at all and no extractor fan But other than that perfect

Check in was convenient however room was not serviced as requested after first night leaving us with no towels or tea making supplies. Service on day 3 did not include fresh bed linen, even though I had stripped the bed, leaving us with no sheets for the night! Bed was soggy and wobbly. Room was dirty behind furniture and dusty. Kitchen was not fully stocked for two guests. Reception staff were pleasant and apologised with partial refund offered. Initial welcome sheet did not include after hours contact details.

We understand that you mentioned not seeing this information on the sheet, and we regret any confusion.Throughout your stay, multiple avenues were available for assistance, including our office and restaurant staff. We regret not being informed earlier to promptly address any concerns.After your departure, I spoke with the housekeepers who recall providing thorough service, including changing bed linens, and were eager to discuss any misunderstandings. However, you had left immediately after receiving your 50% "partial" refund of over 300.We sincerely regret that despite our efforts to promptly address any concerns upon your departure, your experience was reflected in a 1-star review. We genuinely aimed to rectify any issues and ensure your satisfaction. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to improve and exceed your expectations in the future.

We had our Mercedes van, Ford Ranger and both of our race cars that were on trailers parked in the car park, broken into and items stolen at approx 320am on Wednesday morning. Very angry and disappointed!

Good MorningI am not to sure why you have given us a 2 star out of 10 rating, I am taking a guess that it is because you had booked a standard cabin that states it is shared facilities as well as the follow up emails stating what is included in the room and when you arrived you were not happy that you had booked the wrong room, on the first night you were able to upgrade to a self contained studio and the second night you decided to leave and stay elsewhere as all of our self contained rooms were fully booked. To anyone reading this review - to avoid disappointment please don't book the cheapest room expecting to be self contained, all of our cabins clearly state they have shared facilities and if you book and realize you had booked the wrong room we are quite flexible at allowing to modify your booking etc. However leaving it 16 days after making the booking and wanting to change it on check in - we can't always help with as we are fully booked most nights and do not always have a surplus of self contained rooms available late afternoon (4.30 PM) the day of checkin
