We liked the pool. It was the only one I could find that was indoors but next time I’m going to keep looking. We were just staying the night on our way back to Oklahoma and thank goodness it was only one night there. Room was filthy. Handprints all over the headboard, stains on the furniture, hair around the sink. I’ve never had to wipe a room down before just to feel somewhat clean. The sheets appeared clean though but I didn’t sleep well thinking if they were or not because of the rest of the room. We did till the GM so they were aware and she was defensive at first but then offered us another room. Based off other reviews, I didn’t want to pack up and move to another filthy room after I had already wiped this one down though. We will not be coming back to this hotel when passing through again.

Other than missing a curtain in a suite room and not have king pillows on a king bed (asked for 3 only had 2) it was a quiet, comfortable, clean stay. The breakfast needs improvement, only cereal, waffles, oatmeal, bagels and yogurt.

The front desk lady was insanely sweet. We got to our room and instantly noticed a weird smell. The bathtub had left over hair. The bedding had stains and while checking for bedbugs noticed the mattress was horribly stained (no bugs). They could do a better job of vacuuming as well but after all, you get what you pay for. It wasn’t TOO bad.

We liked the jet tub/ whirlpool tub. And the bed was pretty decent also the cable as well. But what me and my husband didn’t like was how dirty both tubs were like they didn’t even clean it at all hair was in both of them. The whirlpool tub had a thick dirt rim around it which was gross. Crumbs was on the floor near the bed also the microwave and refrigerator wasn’t that clean either. The air conditioner was great. I feel like housekeeping could’ve done better with paying attention to details and cleaning. Hopefully they will do better in the future but we will not be returning.
