The customer service, food, spa and rooms were excellent, it was a lovely relaxing break.

A very comfortable break
Posted 22 Jun 2018We thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights here as part of our European road trip in a t5 for some luxury. Our suite was amazing, 4 poster bed and bathroom, with our only complaint being that the jacuzzi bath obviously hadn't been used for a while as when we ran the jets there was a horrible smell and some scum in the bath. But this only left the tiniest of negativity in what was a most lovely stay. The food produced from the kitchen was incredible and the private slots for use of the spa facilities was a really nice touch. Thankyou for a beautiful hotel stay.
