The property itself is well located in the heart of the capital. However, the cleanliness of the property is poor, the smell of the bedsheet was terrible, mud, humid and dusty. Kids running the hallways, sound is very loud at night because of the bar at the 10th floor.

Thank you Kamel for your review. Our linens are laundered and delivered daily from outside of the hotel and we have no similar feedback from other clients. We are sorry if you were disturbed by children but we have no control over the behaviour of others and no disturbances report to front desk

Bad service

I made a reservation for 3 nights and after i checked in i left a hotel to explore the city centre, after a few hours i return to the hotel reception to take my room key. The receptionist refused to handed me my room key because he couldn't find my check in slip. I told him just go back to guest list or use my reservation number. Some how he insisted to find my slip and kept me waiting about 20 minutes. I decided to go and spend a night in another city when i went down to reception the the same guy told me my check out will be the next day which wrong because i reserved 3 nights not one night. I showed hom my booking confirmation and stll arguing with me. Any way it was a nightmare for me. Mever again

I love the good reception and hospitality.. The hotel is in a state of maintenance and renovation, and its employees are working hard to improve and show it properly.. I loved this hotel and I hope to return to it after completing the new
