"Although we are only in Hong Kong at most once a year, we are delighted that some of the staff remember us. Particularly the staff at the amazing breakfast they have every morning. The Indian gentleman who seems to manage the breakfast is always so kind to us and remembers us from previous years visiting the hotel. Door are held, cabs are hailed and warm greetings everywhere we go. The cleaning staff tidy up the room to the point where it looks almost like we are arriving to the room for the first time. The Cordis is my favorite hotel in the world."

"The staff was very helpful from the moment when we got off the taxi by taking our bags to reception, to the time after we checked out, that they got us a taxi very early in the morning when hardly any taxi was around. We enjoyed the gym very much. We went there everyday during our stay. Again, the staff was very friendly and they showed us around. The location is very close to both TST and East TST stations. There were many eateries within 2 blocks. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself was pretty from the outside. Our view of the water and of the planes was really spectacular. The room, though, was super small and we found it difficult to move around. We travel a lot and are used to smaller rooms, but we were disappointed with this one. The staff at the counter and the bellman were really kind and friendly. After coming off a long flight, that was really appreciated. I think that next time, however, we will stay closer to Kowloon and perhaps pay a little more -- though the price of this room was not cheap -- so we don't have to always travel everywhere."

"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
