"The hotel is well located near the airport and right next to a big outlet mall where you can shop and dine very convenient. The TV channels are limited since it didn't have all the mainland Chinese TV channels, though it has English/French channels. The bedroom light switches are confusing and not easy to operate. Overall it is a good stay."

"As usual, great service and facility. The room is always impeccable, the view is amazing, the service is superb and the breakfast never disappoints. Is conveniently located close to the airport and they offer free shuttle back and forth - call ahead for pick up schedule."

"I had a great time staying at this hotel! The hotel shuttle service was definitely a highlight, making it very convenient to travel to the MTR station, the airport, and Disneyland. However, I hope the staff can be a little more friendly, welcoming, and greet guests with a smile. A warm and friendly attitude would make the overall experience even better. Overall, i enjoyed my stay! Free breakfast is the best!"

"Booked a room with a spectacular view of the HK harbour. Room was spacious and clean. Experienced the hotel buffet, a must try. Hotel is conveniently located. You can walk all the way along the ocean front from hotel to Tsim TSA Tsui. Also, you can Catch the ferry to Central , a short walk from the hotel."
