We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It is located in an area that is just starting to expand so it's kind of lonely out there but staff and the place itself was amazing

I liked it because it had spacious living area and it included kitchenware in the kitchen. parking space is somewhat limited and wished the had access to the wifi in the rooftop area

Try not to stay at this hotel. There are a lot more other better options in the area.

Big, beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds, showers, linens. Loved the private pool.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We reserved a residence with a plunge pool and had a great time. The room service was very fast (about 15 minutes) and we were very satisfied with the two pizzas we ordered. The only thing this place is missing is a gym for those looking to exercise. It is a little far from most restaurants and attractions so I would definitely recommend renting a car. Do not rely too much on Apple Maps because it will try to take you through roads that are still dirt with lots of bumps that can ruin your rental car. I would rather stay here than stay on the beach which is 3x more expensive for water you can’t even get into because of all the seaweed. We’ll definitely be coming back here if we visit Tulum again.

The worst place to stay in Aldea Zama tulum , I pay for a room , they re have my recervacion even was already pay , the next day the light at the kitchen started licking, was very scared, the only thing they tell me was is I want free breakfast really , please don’t book here terrible service, don’t get fool by pictures, they also own other properties be careful, Rumba hospitality, you guys see don’t book 👀
