I’ve never been to Tulum and in booking this property it is close to both popular beach clubs of MIA and TABOO… the ocean was steps away from my room and as this was an adult only property it wasn’t wild with young folks running around. This property doesn’t have tv in their rooms which is perfect to disconnect completely and fully enjoy your experience at the beach listening to the waves. As I speak very very little Spanish the staff was able to speak and understand English. Everyone I dealt with was nice and polite and accomodated my need for extra water in my room. I would absolutely recommend this place and I myself will be going back to this very property!!!! Oh in case you were looking for all inclusive this isn’t it, so be prepared to spend a bit more money. There isn’t a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport it is a taxi service but it is a nice service. Also there isn’t a phone in the room everything is communicated through the WhatsApp app. But it’s wasily navigated and your questions are answered right away. O think that sums it up!!!!!

The staff were all very nice, the customer service was great, loved the location, the beach, and the mini fridge in the room:)

It was perfect in every way! Really no need to leave the property for anything at all. But you can walk anywhere. It was a gorgeous vacation

Location on beach as well as walkout into palm trees and clear sound of ocean was super nice.We felt we had privacy despite proximity to other suites.Wonderful sunrise view from suite.Heated plunge pool on ocean side was the best. Overall property was a little dated but very well maintained. Will definitely be back.
