We loved everything. Bruno was great also he helped us with where to go, recommended what to eat and gave us all the knowledge had a great experience.

This was my second time to O’Tulum and I’m looking forward to my third. It is as beautiful as the advertisements. You have a front row seat to the beautiful beach and sky! The hotel is my peaceful getaway to recover from burnout. The service is 5 stars everyone is kind, friendly and helpful.

There were pros and cons. Pros- good food, beautiful view and secluded (we prefer seclusion). Cons- the hot water didn’t work and the bath tub didn’t fill and was cold water, and the dirt road to get there takes 10 minutes to get in and 10 minutes to get out. It was fine, but not amazing.

The staff was SUPER nice. It was my first solo trip and I felt super safe. The restaurant was great and the pools are nice.
