Casa Malca is a truly unique hotel. Beautifully appointed with incredible art. The rooms are fantastic and the staff very warm, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it for a stay in Tulum

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is nice but very quiet, absolutely no vibe. Food is good at breakfast but the service is TERRIBLE…. Very slow. Second time at the hotel… most likely the last time.

Expected a lot more from this hotel. Food was average. Not a pleasant smell in the room shower. Nice art gallery. Rooms are decorated nicely. Overall an average experience. Will not come back.

The whole property is amazing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to whatever we asked of them. The unique artwork really sets it apart from any other property that I have stayed at in the Caribbean.
