Luckily, before going I read reviews about this property. So, knew what I was walking into, and they dis not disappoint.
I read one review that said the place was stained. This could not have been a more accurate description. Overall, the room was clean…at least it appeared that way. The problem was, when something is stained it looks dirty. The floors, the facilities, the sheets…all clean. The bedspread, curtains and shower curtains were all heavily stained…for years, decades maybe.
A piece of advice, update those three things, most all the negative comments would stop; because it’s the stained stuff that makes it look so bad. If it’s a cost thing, replace the things in one room per month until it’s all better, then start over and ya got yourself a cycle of cleanliness.
Also, the staff could definitely have been friendlier. They weren’t rude, just not friendly.

The room stank. The shower had no hot water. The chair had very bad stains all over it.

We kept hearing noises outside there was hair on the floor like they haven’t been swept dirty towels left behind the door

The bed spreads were dirty. Sheets were clean. Bathroom was very small. The receptionist was on the phone with her boyfriend while checking us in, did not hang up for sometime. It should be listed this hotel is not handicap accessible and they do not ask if you can do stairs or not, you get what you get.

I apologize for this inconvenience. I will look into this and have this issue resolved. As for the handicap accessible we are in fact handicap accessible. You have to either book a handicap or request one when you arrive.

The staff was very nice and they had a really good breakfast! Rooms are nice, but shower knob didnt work well to turn on the hot water. We had a nice stay.
