The Hallways were dirty, the shower door wouldn't close unless you picked up on it . Just wasn't one of the best Best Western plus Hotels we've stayed at. We have stayed in other ones and they have been clean. Suppose to get my 50.00 deposit back when we checked out and still haven't received it. Won't stay again.

The floors are nasty and dirty and the room smells of weed! And the breakfast was gross need more options.

The property needs a make over for sure. But I love its location, tucked back but still in an area with lots of shopping options. Check in was sooo easy, clerk was friendly as was housekeeping. Breakfast was just ok, but it’s free

Kids around the hall way free breakfast but empty we only have egg not good coffee is ok.

I am sorry but there was no miss communication from the hotel side, it was a misunderstanding on your side. Even after that we tried to accommodate Mr.Cesar, because he wanted to stay few more nights, but he wanted to name his own prize, he tried to bully the and misguide the staff, management did not fall for that, end result is one star review. Unfortunately, this is the world we leave in. Thank you.

You could tell the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in lord knows how long. There was a puddle of something in the elevator all night into the next day. There was trash every where. The key slider to get into the building was broke so anyone could come in at any moment. There was trash on top of the screen thing inside the elevator. Just not clean at all
