Great place to stay in town, and the staff was great. Restaurant and breakfast were also great

Small, privately owned hotel. Rooms are dated, floors are tiled and freezing cold with cracked/missing grout. Bathroom very small, shower, very small with poor drainage and water goes from freezing to scolding hot within a very tiny adjustment… poor sound insulation, you will hear everyone in the hallway… beds are comfortable, breakfast is adequate and staff is friendly. 10 minute walk to old town center.

Great food, poor location, low-quality furniture
Posted 23 Nov 2021 on HotelsStaff were very friendly and happy to help and the food downstairs was great! Unfortunately, those are mostly the only positives.
The rooms are small, the furniture is cheap and creaky, the bathroom looks outdated, parking is very difficult, and there is not much to do nearby.
Worst of all though, was that one of the staff was SMOKING IN THE KITCHEN. Disgusting.

Very nice hotel
Posted 15 Oct 2021 on HotelsThis lovely hotel reminds me very much of the small pensions I stayed in in the early 80’s. And I mean that in the best sense. Clean, warm, cozy. Upside ensuite modern bathroom with hot hot water. Very nice breakfast included. Restaurant downstairs is very popular with local people and very tasty. Highly recommend but keep in mind no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags.
