It's straight forward place,owners are polite, lots of out of town folks don't like it cause it's just Tucson more outside the city. I would say you safe,beds are very comfortable,AC is cold,you have to turn it off, well worth the price.

Front office staff is rude, holes in walls, no furniture tv's dont work properly i have stayed here many times and the consistency is a joke! The only rhing good was the security. Curtains torn, cigarette burns on comforter, cabinet drawers wont shut. Literally guessing with your kife if you stay there! Cant get a towl or trash bags! Unfathomable that they charge for this

It was scary it felt like prison there were no towels no shower curtain the AC didn't work n it took them till 7 almost 8pm to move me rooms there was a rat floating in the pool it was just all bad I'm sorry the lady at the desk seemed nice but the lady at the convenience store was worried about me going to going to her store at no 6:30 in the morning because it's not a safe neighborhood and she stands behind the counter so yeah all bad all bad I feel bad for the staff because it's all bad there's just no there's no

.the worst place to stay in Tucson!! Front office is rudee ant no refrigerator!, o definitely recommend qotjerr accommodation and have more amenities

I booked a room for 4 days and the power kept going out and there was roaches and bugs. To top it off I tried to get a refund after the first night and they refused to so I gave them my room key and they checked me out when all I wanted was a replacement room. So I paid for 4 days and got a night and part of a day before being treated extremely rude.

Rooms are very small there was no hot water water would not turn off all the way the secondary lock was broken ice machine was broken pool was dirty ac works amazingly

Just needs towels & extra toilet paper in rooms other then that the rooms are decent & comfortable.

I stayed 2 nights in three rooms. This place will disappoint in every way. Staff was nice but took hours to remedy basic needs like TV. No towels in room, went to office three times for a towel, none available. sink drained straight to the floor. Toilet worked twice the would not flush. Much more complaints but as they say "cheap is not good and good is not cheap" Just plan on spending lots of time talking to someone through bullet proof glass and trying to get in and out of their gate.
