First of all eberything about this place was alboslutely TERRI LE all the way down the the customer service. When we checked into the room it was dirt all on the floor they had not been swept or mopped at all!! The sheets were EXTREMELY dingy with spots on them. The towels OMG the towels that they tried to serve us looked like they were 25 years old with stains on them and then after 6 of being there they told me they had to come clean the rooms AFTER my bf had requested new sheets 2 hiurs prior to her calling my room. I said its fine just bring the sheets ill change them myselff she said NO!! We are required to clean the rooms every 3 days but mind u we were there y already and they never cleaned anything. Then i said fine anytime is fine they NEVER EVER CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM!!! The roaches!!! Omg they were so huge and i had my 2 year old son with me. The hotel staff none spoke english i asked a girl for more TISSUE because they never brought us any and she thought i was saying a tshirt UNTIL i had to gesture like i was WHIPPING MY ASS then she understood. A man died there and they rented the room out the very next day. Then at the end of my trip i went to get my FULL 100 deposit back and they had the ADDACITY to say they were going to keep it because of how the towels and pullow cases looked. I had to argue about how DISGUSTING the room service and sheets were when we checked in. To not ecen get my full refund back. This was the most TERRIBLE experience ive ever had
