This is our preferred hotel in Tucson but it was under remodeling, then breakfast was not as good as regular and accessing was complicated, I think there should be a warning when advertising this hotel for reservation.

There is currently a message on all websites including 3rd parties warning about the renovation we are aware the warning should be at the top of the page but 3rd parties have it at the bottom so we do apologize for that.We hope you give us another chance next time you're in town and we are done with renovations!

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There was feces on the shower wall. The entrance to the elevator was small so it was a tight space to get the cart with luggage through. Got switched to another room, only got $20 taken off the total for the inconvenience. Not enough was done in my opinion. The breakfast was horrible.

The hotel was okay, it's a Comfort Suites. However, the hotel stated there were EV charging stations. I show up and they were "out of order" and unusable which was inconvenient given I had an EV. Half of the parking lot was taken up by trucks so there was nowhere for me to park. The front staff had to move their car in order for me to be able to park. The front staff was accommodating and the room was clean, but given the issues I ran into I probably wouldn't stay here again.
