A bit mixed
Posted 14 Aug 2020 on HotelsOur stay was ok. It was our first time to stay there so we had no idea what to expect.
The staff were very nice and courteous. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice. I was especially happy that our room didn’t smell like old cigarette smoke. the room was very spacious. And our beds and futons were good.
But, The walls of our room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for ages. And there was a lack of electrical wall sockets - none in the bedroom and just few in the living room. The toilet room was very small with the door going in, making it a bit of a tight fit on entry and exit (I’m not fat either).

Posted 27 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe checked in at 8pm and the attitude of the receptionist was rude. Also our reservation of the room cannot
be provided per our request. We have no choice but to stay in separated rooms far from each others. The food was not good with very little choices in breakfast.

The entire grounds were very nice. As for the room, I felt it could be a little cleaner, but I think it's okay for the price.
