Location with Nathan Road, eating options and shopping options extremely close. Also close to the HK railway station.

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a mall with several food options and access to Mong Kok East MTR station.
We traveled as a family of 4 and my kids loved the hotel pool. The pool is actually much larger than it appears in the photos on the website and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice both the pool and change areas were. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Due to the Middle East conflict we had to cancel our trip to Hong Kong as our flight journey required transit through Middle East to Hong Kong. We requested a refund from the Hotel thru Expedia. The Grand Bay View refused our request stating our hotel reservation was non refundable. We explained to them that our situation was out of our control as the UK government site advised against all but essential travel to the UAE and your travel insurance could be invalidated if you travel against advice. We have applied to 2 other hotels that we would have been staying at during our trip to Hong Kong, Both hotels have fully refunded our money back in full!! (these were non refundable too!)
This just shows, in adversity certain people or establishment step up to the mark whilst others don’t!

"I stay here a lot and it’s alway very nice. There was some works being done from 9.00pm-11.30pm one night which was not great if you wanted to sleep but otherwise great."
