Better than I expected from the reviews. The room we had was great, well furnished and clean. There were 5 of us and it was sufficient. It was hard navigating the hostel and the only problem we had was getting in the room which was like a series of puzzles, trying to figure out how the code works and such. The Mirador mansion itself was pretty sketchy, but once you get inside the Venetian hostel it didn't seemed so bad. Other than that, it was a great hostel for it's price. Would recommend getting the deluxe room with the city view for families.

But if you want to try the Hong Kong star hotel facilities and services, to be honest, three-star hotel in Hong Kong are mostly better than the Mainland Common Inn. Our check-in time is after 2 pm, check-out before 11:00, office hours are 9:00 am to 1:00, outside office hours, if special needs please call our emergency telephone, because it is Cheap The hotel also promote environmental protection, so please bring their own disposable, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, slippers, conversion plugs, if additional needs, we will have lower prices, you can purchase and reception. Hot time we are 7:00 am to 12:00 and 19:00 to 0:00. We also provide luggage storage and late check-out so you can check out after shopping and sightseeing to stay in Hong Kong.

worse place to stay. no security, unhealthy.

Pros: worse hotel to stay.
Cons: use another hotel. stop recommending this hotel.
Location: near to every things that you need
plumbing problem, toilet not working. no bathroom supplies. no daily room makeup. no customer or room service. could not recommend this place.

Here is a next Cheap hotels, rooms to meet the vaguely economy budget, less demanding guests, but also because the price determines our location, our room clean, fully equipped, guests no additional special needs we the room will be cleaned daily, bedding changed once three days, we have a special premise reception, the guests with additional needs and can communicate with the front desk, we will help

cleanliness is excellent & location is excellent,
Posted 11 Jul 2015 on Hotelshotel did not impose any resort fee. However they kept deposit of HKdollar 100 which refunded at the time of departure.Toilet is in a little higher level from the room which is very inconvenient particularly for senior citizens. Otherwise rooms are in order.

rooms good but floor planning and service is bad
Posted 24 Oct 2014 on HotelsRooms are ok but only problem is you should go to 13th floor to collect the key for check in and rooms are in 7th floor, it is a very problem to take your baggage from ground floor to 13th floor and again back to 7th floor, because it is a apartment mansion, so public usage is more in apartmantal service, if anyone can take care your belongings without help to move up and down it is ok.

Posted 30 Mar 2014 on HotelsThere is a single hotel with a large group of names including the Venitian hotel , in the same building. When checking in a person has to pay $100hk extra - which is not mentioned in the hotels.com hotel page. There are very few rooms with outside windows - most are inside, facing a vent, no daylight.
