First they called us 3 hours after check to let us know that the water heater went out and that wed get a discount when we got to the motel , when we did the guy said he could not refund me any of the amount paid and he COULD NOT give me my discount . There were ROACHES there was PEE IN THE TOILET ALREADY WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM we felt extremely itchy in the morning and ONTOP OF IT ALL THERE WERE MICE no water came from the sink or the shower/bathtub and we only got to flush the toilet ONCE DO NOT STAY HERE

Very old rooms, not a clean feel. Dirty remote. Cheap price and close walking distance to McDonalds was the only perk

No refrigerator no microwave no coffee maker in room torn bedspread..tv sucks not clear by the time u find a channel the movie was over don't know if the remote sucked had to climb stairs and have 2 really bad knees

Place was filthy smelled awful seems like it’s run by a bunch of weirdos .i came at 430pm not one clean room , so noisy couldn’t get a clean washcloth and had to clean disgusting a/c coils everything coming off the walls tv poor condition WiFi didn’t work at all seems like building should be torn down

There was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. Just a bed, TV and bathroom.

Staff at this hotel are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is not so nice, but it’s to be expected with motel 6.
