Needed Kleenex and front desk said housekeeping needed to get them. They did clean quickly so we could check in a little early which was nice.

They did not have our room ready and when we got it the room was dirty so they made us wait another hour to go in so they made us late to our appointment. They had some other guests that their children made a huge mess in the swimming pool and they were running around everywhere they were and no staff ever asked them for respect for others. And to top it off someone made a dent to my vehicle and the property didn’t really care. This really ruined our vacation.

Fridge in room needed defrosting with a good 5 " layer of ice blocking its function. Otherwise all was Ok
