Great one night stay!

I stayed here with my husband for a quick one night stay before heading to Puerto Malabrigo. The breakfast in the room was a very nice touch! it's about 5 blocks or so from Plaza de Armas but I really liked how they had a private area for us to park our rental car. I would definitely stay here again, friendly people at the hotel and easy check in!

Great central hotel, friendly staff

Great little find. Very clean, hot water throughout the day and night. Breakfast is brought to your room so you can have in bed which is a great treat. Staff extremely friendly and helpful when I contacted them in advanced regarding arriving early in the morning from after a long journey from Ecuador. 10 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas on a straight road. Surrounding area is quite and safe. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Nice hotel dodgy area

Not In the best place of Trujillo but about a 20minute drive from hunachaco, which is safer and more touristy.

Basic, budget hotel

A basic, budget hotel. The room was a reasonable size and was clean. There was a nightclub somewhere nearby and that caused a lot of noise. The hotel is about four blocks from the main plaza. The breakfast is simple: bread, jam, butter, tea, coffee, juice.

Primero, no me dijeron que me asignarían la habitación del piso 5 y fue incómodo subir y bajar cuando estás agotado por las actividades del día; segundo, en todos los pisos faltaba el acabado en la pared dónde está una instalación (líneas de tuberías); tercero, el primer día no limpiaron la habitación tuvimos que descansar así; cuarto, el único día que hicieron la limpieza perdieron mi ropa (polo, traje de baño, ropa interior), no supieron darme razón alguna y no me dieron ninguna solución.

el cuarto que me asignaron era doble, aunque yo solicite individual, el costo que me cobraron fue mayor al costo si hubiera reservado por mi cuenta, y encima me cobraron mas de lo indicado en la pagina. la habitacion era en un quinto piso y no tenia ascensor

Estimada Sandra : Buenos días , lamentamos su disconformidad ,pero se le informo al momento de ingresar , que los precios de nuestro hotel , son diferentes a los precios de reservas por las paginas y la habitación que se le asigno se debió a la disponibilidad de ese día lo que se le cobro fué el precio de una habitación individual , como usted reservo. Por políticas del hotel siempre se les cobra a nuestros huéspedes las habitaciones que reservan ,siempre que hay una variación de habitación debido a la demanda les brindamos habitaciones mucho mas grandes a lo que solicitan pero se les respeta el precio que figura en su reserva no más. De todas maneras nos disculpamos por su incomodidad. Que tenga usted una bonita tarde
