The staff are very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and the hotel is also to public transport.

Very poor in room cleanness specifically the bathroom with bad smell always.

Un poco alejado del centro historico pero hay acceso cercano al sistema de transporte en general. El desayuno buffet bastante satisfactorio .

Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The one thing that I feel should be mentioned is housekeeping let themselves into the room at 8:30am while I was showering, i got quite the fight as a young female it could have been anyone letting themselves in. It made me feel very unsafe. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

However, you need to put the "do not disturb" sign on your door if you do not wish the housekeeping not to enter. Otherwise, they do not know if you are in the room or not, especially when taking a shower when you cannot hear the knock.Hopefully, this will not hinder you from visiting us again.Kind regards.
